New Delhi (METRO RAIL NEWS): Anand Vihar is one of the busiest metro stations and in order to provide the hassle-free journey to the commuters, the MD of DMRC, Mangu Singh inaugurated a foot over bridge at Anand Vihar ISBT. This would reduce the distance between the Metro station and Railway Station. The length of the bridge is 360 m. FOB will smoothen the connectivity to both the metro stations of blue and pink line, Anand Vihar ISBT, Anand Vihar Station and UPSRTC.

The FOB would start from Chaudhary Charan Singh Marg where UPSRTC bus terminal is located. Due to FOB, the passengers can directly reach to the concourse area of the metro station without getting down at ISBT. The main idea behind constructing Foot Over Bridge was to decongest the Anand Vihar station.
