CSI this year will have a two- day power packed conference and themed on ‘India’s Modern Infrastructure set in Concrete’. Whelmed by industry thought leaders, the conference will have discussion on ‘Experience and Lessons Learned from the Past with regards to Road, Railways, Metro Rail, Tunnel and Bridge Projects in India’ and many more.

The industrial expo is the only exhibition that is dedicated towards the Construction and Infrastructure sector that covers all the key areas in civil infrastructure. The expo will also feature rail, roads, housing, airport, highways, dams, ports and bridges including real estate. More than 150 exhibitors have confirmed their attendance at this turnkey exhibition.

Professionals from varied teams including Project Management, Planning & Design, Materials management, Building maintenance, Procurement, Quality Control, Site maintenance and Engineering teams will profit from the expo.

CSI will showcase latest offerings in core categories encompassing Concrete & Construction, Construction Equipment, Government & Civil Infrastructure, Construction Chemical, Automation, Software (ERP, Project Management, & Design) and mobile Construction tools & Instruments. The three-day show will offer tremendous opportunities to industry professionals who come from construction verticals including Engineering, Commercial & Industrial flooring, Procurement & Construction (EPC’s), Commercial & Residential Building Construction, specialized Architects, Consultants and Contractors & Developers.

Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director, UBM India in the press release shared, “There has been a significant push from the government in the infrastructure sector as seen from the Union Budget FY18-19. It also recommended the promotion of affordable housing with the establishment of a dedicated affordable housing fund (AHF) in the National Housing Bank. This drive has provided a huge potential for stakeholders in the sector. From roadways, railways to airports and other smart-city initiatives, the last few years have witnessed a phenomenal growth in the sector, leading to world-class facilities coming up across the country. Also, the Indian government’s move to cut GST rates on construction equipment from 28 per cent to18 per cent has resulted in unprecedented demand in India over the last few months. Against this landscape, we at UBM India firmly believe that the Concrete Show India 2018 will prove to be a channel to the opportunities existing in India’s rapidly growing concrete market.”
