1. Brief us about you and your current roles and responsibilities in your company?.

Mr. Keun Young Kim: I am currently the chairman of AH GROUP KOREA, and I am carrying out the work to help our nation’s companies participate in overseas development projects we are involved in business consulting.

2. What is the role of AH Group to develop rail infrastructure in India

Mr. Keun Young Kim: India is one of the most potential countries in Asia, and I think it is a very important project for India to build a railway infrastructure that connects the vast land. South Korea also hopes to play a role in introducing the Korean own technology to India’s railway construction projects, as it has been accumulating much effort and technology in building the national infrastructure for years.

3. Provide some insight about on current ongoing innovation for Metro Rail

Mr. Keun Young Kim: In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, I believe that all mechanical means are also bound to develop in tandem with the electronic industry and that the system of controlling and managing them, although industrial classifications call it the railway industry, is based on the ICT industry. As a result, we believe that convergence should be carried out in conjunction with flexible ICT-based systems early in infrastructure deployment, and that overall planning and design is critical.

4. Who is your local partner in India and why you select?

Mr. Keun Young Kim: Our Indian partner is Mr. A.S.Muralidaran, who has been doing a lot of business together for a long time. Now we are planning together a future-oriented innovative business model. He is a man who always respects everyone and has a humble character, but who is second to none in professional opinion.

5. What kind of solution you are offering for the metro project?

Mr. Keun Young Kim: In the hyper-connected era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution we now face, the most important part is the operating system that can successfully manage railway projects and the importance of system security to them will be greater. We have worked and prepared to complete industrial approaches to these areas, and we hope to provide related solutions.

Mr. Keun Young Kim Super Concrete is one of the projects developed by Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) to develop new materials for dry run as part of a national technology development project. As the research and development has been conducted at a national level, it has the advantage of being able to finish with higher strength and liquid type than conventional concrete. Currently, it has attempted to apply to the construction of bridges, residential and commercial spaces and abroad construction projects, and is still trying to secure more architectural cases.
