L&T and J Kumar Bags Delhi Metro Phase IV Silver Line’s Underground Work

J Kumar and L&T's bids were 19% and 22% more than DMRC's predictions, the chances of contracts being awarded are expected to be slim. Both firms' management will most likely be invited to negotiations by DMRC, and if those fail, both will be going into a re-tender.
