NCRTC invites bid for detailed geo-technical investigation work for Delhi-Meerut RRTS

New Delhi: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation Ltd. (NCRTC) inviting tender for detailed Geotechnical investigation work from Modi Nagar North to Shatabdi Nagar of Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System Corridor.

Key points of tender notice:

  • Tender Notice No.: DM/G/01
  • Schedule of work: Detailed Geotechnical investigation work from Modi Nagar North to Shatabdi Nagar from 49.10 km to 64.10 km of Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System Corridor.
  • Approximate cost of package: INR 73.51 Lakh
  • Earnest money deposit (EMD): 1.47 Lakh
  • Period of completion: 180 days (6 months)
  • Availability of Bidding documents: The bid documents will be available for downloading from 20/07/2018 (0930 hrs.) to 17/08/2018 (up to 1100 hrs.) on the website https://eprocure.gov.in (a link for the same is provided on NCRTC’s website www.ncrtc.in)
  • Tender document cost: Nil (Free of Cost)
  • Seeking Clarification: 20.07.2018 to 27.07.2018 (from 0930am and 06.00pm)
  • Pre-bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27/07/2018 at 1130 hrs. (IST) in the office of National Capital Region Transport Corporation Ltd. (NCRTC), Khasra No. 112, Garhi Guldhar, Delhi Meerut Road, Ghaziabad – 201 003 (U.P.)
  • Bid Submission Start Dates: 10.08.2018 (from 10.00am)
  • Bid submission end date: 17.08.2018 (up to 11.00am)
  • Bid opening date: 17.08.2018 (at 11.30 am)

About the Delhi-Meerut Rapid Rail Corridor

This corridor will cover a distance of 82 km and connect Delhi to Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) via Ghaziabad which will pass through high population zone of the state. This corridor will have 16 rapid railway stations in addition to 6 metro railways stations proposed for Meerut Metro Rail Project. This project will help people to connect various towns of Uttar Pradesh via high speed rail road in short span of time.
