The country’s first water metro will cost Rs 819 crore

Kochi, Metro Rail News: You will be able to ride the water metro soon in the Kochi. This service may start in December 2019. Kochi Metro Rail Limited had earlier planned to run it in April but then it was extended for October. This project will be ready with the help of German. “will give Metro tender till January”  said KMRL director of APM Mohammed Hanish said 

KMRCL is launching an Integrated Water Transporter project, which costs 819 crores. Germany’s company is investing Rs 582 crore in KfW. Hansih said that Germany’s Ambassador is very happy with the progress of the project. “the land acquisition work has started soon” He said.
