DMRC Ltd
Respected Sir
All the staff were waiting at Dwarka-21 in the hope that the justice will be delivered to Mr Shambhi, SM/DSTO but around 20:10 Hours we were informed verbally that FIR will be lodged under the sections which are irrelevant to the crime done by CISF personnel.
Relevant sections of IPC were not included as per the gravity of crime. So the staff have a lot of pain against the police and DMRC management, and they are heading towards Dwarka Crew Control.
It is further informed to you if any incident occurs, it will be purely on the account of the Delhi police for not acting
which they ought to be.
Kindly be advised.
Thanking You Sir
