Initially slated for May 24th-25th, 2024, the 4th Edition of InnoMetro will now take place on May 21 & 22nd, 2024 with the venue remaining the same, Hotel Vivanta, New Delhi. This decision has been made by InnoMetro’s organizing committee to ensure all stakeholders get the maximum benefit from the event.
Reason for Rescheduling:
The decision to reschedule has been made in light of the Lok Sabha election scheduled for May 25th, 2024, in Delhi. The elections may cause Potential logistical challenges and disruption which may impact travel, accommodation, and overall event experience. The decision to reschedule InnoMetro will ensure the convenience of its valued participants.
Ensuring Smooth Transition:
The organizing team stated “We understand that this adjustment may necessitate changes to your plans and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, the InnoMetro team is fully committed to facilitating a smooth transition and stands ready to provide any necessary assistance to accommodate the new schedule.”
Save the New Dates:
With the new dates being announced, all those interested in attending shall mark their calendars in accordance with the new dates i.e., 21st & 22nd May 2024. The venue remains unchanged at Hotel Vivanta, New Delhi along with all other details also remaining the same.
