Cost of Tender Document: Non – Refundable Tender Document Cost of Rs. 23,600/.
Bid Security / Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 11,94,000/
Pre-Bid Conference: The pre-bid meeting shall be conducted offline on 11.10.2022 at 1100
hrs at 3rd Floor, A-wing, Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
Last date of receiving queries: 1700 hrs on 10.10.2022
DMRC’s response to queries by : 1700 hrs on 21.10.2022
Start date and time of submission of bid (online only): 1700 hrs on 27th October 2022.

Scope of the work:
Successful bidder shall have the rights to utilize the said Built up, Bare, and Parking Space
for utilization as a warehouse at Badli Depot of Line-2 of DMRC.
