New Delhi: About 10 like-minded metro commuters joined together and launched a common platform for metro commuters in New Delhi on 19th September 2018. According to the information received from the main governing body of the organization, the group is named ‘Metro Yatri Club’.
The inauguration function was organized at India Gate (King’s Way) the most historical place in Delhi. Nearly about 500 people witnessed the occasion.
Metro Yatri Club is a revolutionary and fun platform for Metro commuters to come together and overcome their common issues like Commuter facilities, Fares, Lost & found, Women security etc. This club helps to overcome the daily issue of the commuters. The club provides much other fun and knowledgeable activities and some adventurous programmes for all the club member.
The club aims at raising awareness about various aspects of commuting in metro rail and bringing together commuters involved in enhancing smart mobility across metro rail networks. The club will also extend its hands for smooth operation of the metro railway in India. This club is the bond of friendship, good fellowship, and mutual understanding among the metro commuters.
