BANGALORE, INDIA (Metro Rail News): Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (BMRCL) has issued tenders of three contracts in July 2020, costing Rs. 2170 Crore (Approx.) and Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) Ltd. is the lowest contender to construct the elevated stretched of phase 2 project. The deadline for this project is 24-27 months (Approx.).

Package 1 No. Phase2B/P2/69 (a)

• Project Value:  Rs. 739.04 Crore
• Length of the Work: 11.004 KM
• Project’s Scope: Elevated structure and eight elevated metro stations, i.e., Kasturi Nagar, Horamavu, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, HBR, Nagawara, Veerannapalya and Kempapura, including 650 meters link connectivity to Baiyappanahalli, road widening, utility diversion and allied work of phase-2.

Package 2 No. Phase2B/P2/69 (b)

• Project Value: Rs. 748 Crore
• Length of the Work: 15.011 KM
• Project’s Scope: Construction of elevated structures and five elevated metro stations, i.e., Hebal, Kodigehalli, Jakkur Cross, Yelahanka and Bagalur Cross, including 250 meters pocket track.

Package 3 No. Phase2B/P2/69 (c)

• Project Value: Rs. 680.21 Crore
• Length of the Work: 15.011 KM
• Project’s Scope: Construction of elevated structures and two elevated metro stations, i.e., Bettahalasuru and Doddajala, including road widening utility diversion and allied works.
